Go Green Market, October 30
This Sunday 30 October, Liefgoed will be present at the Go Green Market of the Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior festival (10.00 - 17.00). This festival will take place at 29, 30 & 31 October and 3, 4, 5 November, kop Java-eiland Amsterdam. What will we bring with us for you to buy:
Excellent laptop sweaters, made from sweaters done living a life as sweater and given a second life as a warm protector of your precious laptop. We even have Ipad sweaters!
Nice paperclips, given a second change as the were saved from a horrible man who used to molest them! They've been pimped with leather leftovers from musical costumes and finished of with old buttons. So now you can use them as bookmarkers or clips for your bills or anything that needs to be hold together.
Whatelse? The Liefgoed Family Planner for 2012 full with new Liefgoed designs that bring you back to the old days. You'll receive a special bag with the Planner made from old Bali ricebags. And of course the Add & Edit notebook filled with paper saved from the bin. Want to see more? Come and visit us this Sunday. For more information check Sunday Market or Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior Festival for the full program with discussions, music, entertainment and food.

Flow
Nice, our Add & Edit Notebooks are in the Flow, THE Dutch magazine for a mindfull living full of creativity.
Only sad thing is, we are not mentioned as the ones who designed it & making them by hand. Only Skoon Ecodesign, an excellent online shop who sells them.
Anyway, it's always nice to see your products promoted! And just to remember you, we also offer this as a possibility for our Add & Edit Notebooks.

yes yes Giveaway!
Our giveaway is this Liefgoed agenda 2011! Only five test copies are being made & YOU can be one of these five people. All you have to do is retweet and let us know you did, or, for the people not on twitter, shoot us an email (on the right under Contact).
What's story?
Maybe you remember me telling you that my husband was quite annoyed by the fact that he couldn't find a suitable family agenda. Not big enough, no room for extra notes etc. etc. Our species know that a well organized schedule is essential for a happy life, so 2 weeks ago I started designing our own agenda.
It's big, almost A4 size. Has 5 columns for five people. Lots of space notes & the inspirational thoughts every week! Every week another theme. It's filled with old postcards, pictures and Liefgoed designs. Of course this copy has some themes related to our personal live, like the week with the bride & groom is related to our wedding date. The dog theme = birthday of our dog, the car = my husbands beloved old car.
Last Thursday I printed our own copy and it looks even nicer than I thought.
When I visited a new client she saw this agenda and said 'Why don't I have this? I want this!'. Sorry it's not in print for now, we're just too late.
At the pictures below you'll see columns with our names in it, but no worries, your copy will be without them. Oh, almost forgot, everything is in English.
There's 1 tiny thing we want from you, just tell us after using, what you liked, disliked, missed or what could be better. You can do that, right?
Next Sunday we'll let you know who the winner is.

Fathers day?
A general question for the fathers, would you appreciate such a background in your agenda for fathers day?
Now a question for the mothers, girls would you mind having such a background for this special day for your partners? It's only one week & I've put the To Do list on that particular spot so they will be reminded of what it is that needs to be done.

Stubborn
I know, I'm being stubborn. With all these nice agenda's for 2011 available you think I could find one that suits my wishes. But no, I want it big (A4) & I don't want just one for me alone, but one that fits the whole family and can be hanged on the board in the kitchen.
So I've started... today. 52 more weeks to go.

Add & Edit
What are Add & Edits? They are notebooks filled with papers saved from the bin.
You know, all the little notebooks you used at school and never completely filled up? Or the leftovers from the notepad you used at a conference? Or the old envelopes with the ancient PO BOX on it? Well all these unwritten papers of different sizes & quality are used again in the add & edit notebook, for you to fill up again. These papers, need to be cut at the desirable sizes, so yesterday I spend most of my time cutting up papers. Thanks Ruben for your help!
We are lucky enough to get all these papers from people, you know why? Of all their written pages of the school notebooks, color books etc. we make a collection and compile them in a special Add & Edit book for them for free. What could be more lovelier than to have all your school memories in one book & get rid of the piles of papers at the attic.
So if you're interested to have that done, shoot us an email. You can buy the Add & Edit Notebook at several places like Imagine, Bemvindo, Juffrouw Splinter & Skoon Ecodesign or at Liefgoed of course

Thanks for coming around. *********************************************************************** What else? Well Joyce is married, having two small childeren, and one large one, a cat, has her own palmistry practice. Hates cooking but realizes its a necessity having a family. Vegetarian. Loves Bali & can't wait to move there permanently. Monique has two dogs and two chicken who refuse to do their job. Works at a financial advising agency. Is dieing to come back to Amsterdam. Drives a very cool cabrio, adores the sun and long walks on the beach. Likes gardening (minus the worms). She does like cooking (that's why she picks the recipes).
